Labels are placed
And labels we stay
Fitting the boxes that are told to check
We believe we are breaking norms
Yet we are conforming as expected
No stand outs among the crowd
We follow the mass plan
Never deviate from the labels
Our perceived defiance is actually predicted possibilities
The only surprise is how right we prove them
We dream of being who we are
We are merely who they allow us to be
Not a conspiracy constructed
Rather a construct of a bigger plan
Yell loud enough so they loosen the rope
They have you thinking you are fighting a cause
The reality is you can only go a few feet further than the rest
It isn’t the fields in the Matrix we should fear
It’s the fields in which we find ourselves that we can’t see
