Nature has elements that we must endure
Life has pains we must overcome
Society has humanity we must abandoned
The latter worries more about appearance
Appear to be good rather than being good
Empathize only so that they can gain sympathy
Truth and fact are not as important as perspective
Humanity first only if it doesn’t affect profitability
Raising millions to be the people’s champion
The people you “champion” for, will never see a million
One hand in front waving at the free world
The other behind your back texting backers for marching orders
Neither party honest or free from shame
Both have unmarked graves throughout DC
Wanting to be treated like “Gods”
They forget they are civil servants
A false sunshine breaks the plain
The heat that it brings is colder than you think
