My world is full of noise

Distractions that keep me from moving forward

We feed into the noise

Try to make sense of it

We let it draw us away from our goals

It’s spins us around

Not knowing which way to go

It fogs our sense of direction

Striking at our core emotions

Ripping us apart from the inside

It will always be there

Block out the noise

Ignore the nagging feeling

Learn to ignore what can take you off course

What can stall your future

This noise comes in all forms

Criticsim, accusations, opinions and even subtle little comments

Drown the noise

Or it will drown you
